The best way to help your makeup last all day is to prime before you paint! For eyes:
Liquid base Concealer is a nice cheap way to prime your eyes with out having to buy a whole different primer. It is easy to use the same concealer on your eyes as you do on any blemishes and dark circles.
White eye liner is the best product to use if you want to intensify the pigment in your shadow. If you are trying to get the true hue of a color white is the best way to go!
